Terms of Use

By accessing or using Collage Studio (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Ownership

The Service, including its layout-solver algorithm, the compiled WebAssembly module, the source code, the design, and all related materials, is the proprietary and confidential property of Marcus Cedergren and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights are reserved by Marcus Cedergren.

Permitted use

You may use the Service in a standard web browser to create collages for your personal or commercial purposes. The collages you produce are yours. The images you supply remain yours and are never uploaded — all processing happens locally on your device.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service, the WebAssembly module, or any part of the code;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or algorithm of any compiled artifact, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits;
  • create derivative works based on the Service;
  • incorporate the Service, in whole or in part, into any other product or service;
  • remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notice.

Accessing the compiled artifacts served to your browser for the sole purpose of running the official Service does not grant you any of the rights reserved above.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
